Founded by Spencer McComb, a former Royal Engineer Officer with 16 years of military construction and engineering experience, our background is deeply rooted in the principles of technical excellence and leadership. Drawing on a career stretching back decades, which includes commanding trades teams and hands-on building work, we bring both technical skill and practical insight to every survey.
We have carried out hundreds of RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, Valuation Surveys and Defect Surveys across Sussex.
