Spencer is the Company Director and the primary surveyor. He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. He is a Graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying, holds the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. He has also been awarded a Level 6 City & Guilds Award in Construction Engineering.

​In a former life Spencer lived out his boyhood dream of becoming an Army Officer with the Corps of Royal Engineers and had held a 16 year commission.  His time culminated with having the privilege of commanding talented tradesmen in his Squadron of 155 officers and soldiers.

He currently serves on the Management Committee at Pulborough Rugby Football Club and the local Air Training Corps Squadron.
